Beulah Fraser, age 73 of Ogallala, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the Indian Hills Manor in Ogallala.
Beulah was born November 30, 1940 at Lusk, Wyoming to Leonard “Ozro” and Viola (Vierk) Penfield. She attended school in the Lusk area.
On March 30, 1959, Beulah married Phillip Russell Fraser at Lusk, Wyoming. The couple was blessed with 4 children. After Phill’s passing in 2004, Beulah made her home in Ogallala, to be closer to family.
In addition to her husband, Beulah was also preceded in death by an infant son, Phillip Scott.
Survivors include two sons, Calvin and wife, Kim of Brule, Troy and wife, Jayne of Arthur; daughter, Stani Murray of Etowah, TN; 4 grandchildren, Clay Fraser, Trinity Murray, Danual Murray and Jerri Rai Murray; 2 great grandchildren, Remington and Corbin; and 4 siblings, Mercedes Porter, Donna May Parmley, Bonnie Miller and Grant Penfield; and many other relatives and friends.

Cremation was chosen, with a service to be held at a later date. Interment of cremains will be in the Lusk Cemetery in Wyoming.
